Our Mission

At "Residents 4 Arkansas" our mission is to help improve the rural and metropolitan communities of Arkansas by working with individuals in neighborhoods to solve their problems. Our primary goal is to give residents a loud voice by assessing the needs of individuals and families young and old alike, thus giving them the tools to work for REAL improvement!

Audio Interview with Old. St. Paul

This is our Residents 4 Arkansas audio interview with the; Old St. Paul Baptist Church of; West Memphis, Arkansas. Old. St. Paul is regarded as one of the oldest traditionally Black Baptist Churches within the Northeastern part of our state, and has played a vital role in the advancement of Civil Rights throughout the Delta. This interview explains some of the great things which they are doing on a daily basis to improve their local neighborhood and the city itself. This interview is not meant to endorse one particular denomination, but instead it serves to highlight some of the positive things which our local churches are doing, outside of the sanctuary.
